'They change their mind like pants': Jason Gillespie tears into Pakistan cricket

🏏 Sacking Storm: Gillespie Slams Pakistan Selector Aaqib Javed Over England Test Chaos What a mid-series shake-up in England! After losing the first two Tests (1W by 103 runs at Headingley, then 194 runs at Lord's), Pakistan's PCB has torn through their squad—7 players sent home, both coaches axed. And former Pakistan head coach Jason Gillespie isn't holding back. 💥 Gillespie, who led Pakistan to that famous 2-1 Test win over England in 2024, called the chaos "painful to watch" and said the team "looks like they're playing with fear." His biggest target? Chief selector Aaqib Javed. "They change their mind like they change their pants daily," Gillespie fired. "It's pretty clear they don't have a selection strategy at all, particularly under Aaqib Javed." The communication breakdown is shocking—dropped players reportedly found out via family, friends, and social media, NOT from management. "How disrespectful is that?" questioned Gillespie. He also fired back at Javed's attempt to shift blame onto him and whiteball coach Gary Kirsten: "Aaqib's been chairman of selectors for 2 years... I think Javed needs to look at himself in the mirror." The recalled names: Mohammad Rizwan (WK), Imam-ul-Haq, Salman Ali Agha, Ali Usman, Khurram Shahzad, Aamir Jamal, and Awais Zafar. Mike Hesson & Ashley Noffke take over for the 3rd Test in Birmingham on Sept 9. 🇵🇰 Pakistan trail 0-2. Massive questions ahead. 🤔 #PakistanCricket #PCB #CricketNews #EnglandVsPakistan Source: Times of India
